Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are now live

As part of the site rebuild, we’ve published a proper Privacy Policy and Terms of Service — both linked from the footer of every page.

The short version: browsing, listening, and downloading from the public library has never required an account and still doesn’t. The only place personal information comes into play is the optional Learn area, where signing in with Google lets you sync saved listening position, bookmarks, and private notes across your devices. If you never sign in, none of that applies to you.
