How to listen to Quran Audiobooks offline
Published August 2, 2026
Not every listener has a strong connection on their commute, flight, or road trip. Every item in the Quran Audiobooks library can be downloaded and kept offline.
Pick your format
Most items offer two download options:
- MP3 — standard audio files, playable on virtually any device or app.
- M4B — audiobook-format files with chapter markers, so apps like Apple’s Books/iBooks or Android audiobook players remember your position per chapter and let you jump between them directly.
If you’re not sure which to choose, M4B is the better fit for long recitations or tafseer series you plan to return to over several sittings.
Where to find the download links
Open any Surah, recitation, or tafseer page and look for the Download section — it links out to the preserved download folders. Downloads open in a new tab so your place in the library isn’t lost.
Keeping your place without an account
Downloaded files remember your position through your audiobook player’s own chapter/bookmark support. If you’d rather keep track of progress across the whole library — not just one file — the Learn area does that instead, with saved position, bookmarks, and notes that sync across devices once you sign in.
